Roxy Concierge is a boutique travel and lifestyle company offering custom group tours, corporate events, luxury retreats, and personalized concierge experiences. We pride ourselves on delivering seamless, high-touch service from booking to return.


Fulfillment of Services

Once a booking is confirmed, Roxy Concierge immediately begins coordinating services with our trusted network of global partners. Clients receive service confirmations via email or through itinerary platforms such as Travefy or SquadTrip. A service is considered fulfilled once vendor confirmation has been issued and the experience has taken place.


Cancellation Policy

Each third-party vendor (e.g., hotels, cruise lines, airlines, local operators) has its own cancellation terms, which will be shared in writing during the booking process. These terms apply and are non-negotiable.

Roxy Concierge charges a non-refundable planning and service coordination fee for all bookings. In the event of a cancellation, we will assist with processing any eligible refunds based on the supplier’s cancellation terms, minus non-refundable components and service fees.


Refund Policy

All Roxy Concierge planning and service fees are non-refundable. Refunds for travel bookings or experiences are subject to the policies and timelines of the third-party suppliers involved. Roxy Concierge does not issue refunds directly for services provided by external vendors unless explicitly stated in writing.
